The Supreme Court of British Columbia has released its decision on the College’s bylaws prohibiting the provision of incentives for prescriptions or pharmacy services.
The College of Pharmacists of BC would like to clarify that while Health Canada has issued a new interpretation on the storage of prescription records electronically, requirements in BC for storage of original hard copy prescriptions have not changed. Changes are under consideration.
