Change in Pharmacy Operational Information
To update any of the following information, the manager or the authorized representative of the direct owner of the pharmacy will have to log into their eServices and go to the pharmacy portal to make the change.
Hours of Operations
- The pharmacy/telepharmacy hours of operation and lock-and-leave hours can be found under the Services tab. Refer to the Updating Pharmacy Information - Hours of Operation and Lock-and-Leave Hours section in the Pharmacy Licensure Guide for instructions.
Pharmacy Staff Roster
- The pharmacy staff roster can be found under the Staff tab. Refer to the Updating Pharmacy Information - Pharmacy Staff Roster section in the Pharmacy Licensure Guide instructions.
Pharmacy Services
- The types of pharmacy services that your pharmacy provides are reported under the Services tab. Refer to the Updating Pharmacy Information - Pharmacy Services section in the Pharmacy Licensure Guide for instructions.
