Declarations
There are a number of declarations you can submit on eServices upon successful completion of certain requirement(s) in the bylaws/Professional Practice Policies.
To submit any of the follow declarations, log onto your eServices account, click on “My Profile” and select “My Declaration”.
- Community Pharmacy Manager Education
This declaration is for pharmacists who have completed the Community Pharmacy Manager Education training through the British Columbia Pharmacy Association, as per PPP-69.
Additional Information:
- Methadone Maintenance Treatment
This declaration is for pharmacy professionals who have completed the Methadone Maintenance Treatment (MMT) training through the College of Pharmacists of BC.
Note: if you have completed the OAT Compliance and Management Program for Pharmacists (CAMPP) course through a recognized provider, you will need to submit a declaration under the OAT section instead.

- Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT)
This declaration is for pharmacy professionals who have 1) successfully completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment training program through a recognized provider, and 2) read and understand the content of Professional Practice Policy-66: Opioid Agonist Treatment and the accompanying Policy Guides.
Declarations for Injectable Opioid Agonist Treatment (iOAT) must be submitted separately.

BCPhA’s Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) Training Program For B.C.'S Community Pharmacists
- Injectable Opioid Agonist Treatment (iOAT)
This declaration is for pharmacy professionals who have completed the required knowledge and training components contained within Professional Practice Policy-67 “Injectable Opioid Agonist Treatment” and its accompanying Injectable Hydromorphone Maintenance Treatment Policy Guide (2018) and all subsequent revisions.
Note that if you are a pharmacy manager and your pharmacy provides injectable opioid agonist treatment services, you must report this information under the Services tab in the Pharmacy Portal on eServices.
