Amendments to the PODSA and HPA Bylaws – Controlled Drug Substances Delivery Practice Standards
The College Board is asking for your feedback on proposed amendments to the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act (PODSA) Bylaws and/or the Health Professions Act (HPA) Bylaws that will introduce new standards for the delivery of Controlled Drug Substances (CDS). These standards will replace the current Professional Practice Policy 71: Delivery of Opioid Agonist Treatment.
Virtual Care Practice Standards
The College Board is asking for your feedback on the proposed new Virtual Care Practice Standards Bylaw. It is anticipated these standards will be enacted under the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA), which will govern the College effective April 1, 2026.
Amendments to the PODSA Bylaws – Fee Schedule
The College Board is asking for your feedback on a proposed amendment to the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act (PODSA) Bylaws that will repeal and replace Schedule A — Fee Schedule (PODSA Fee Schedule) in accordance with the College’s 2026/27 budget as approved by the College Board.
