Community Pharmacy Manager Education

This declaration is for pharmacists who have completed the Community Pharmacy Manager Education training through the British Columbia Pharmacy Association, as per PPP-69.

Injectable Opioid Agonist Treatment (iOAT)

This declaration is for pharmacy professionals who have completed the required knowledge and training components contained within Professional Practice Policy-67 “Injectable Opioid Agonist Treatment” and its accompanying Injectable Hydromorphone Maintenance Treatment Policy Guide (2018) and all subsequent revisions.

Note that if you are a pharmacy manager and your pharmacy provides injectable opioid agonist treatment services, you must report this information under the Services tab in the Pharmacy Portal on eServices.

Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT)

This declaration is for pharmacy professionals who have 1) successfully completed the Opioid Agonist Treatment training program through a recognized provider, and 2) read and understand the content of Professional Practice Policy-66: Opioid Agonist Treatment and the accompanying Policy Guides.

Declarations for Injectable Opioid Agonist Treatment (iOAT) must be submitted separately.
