Enterprise Change Manager (Temporary 2-Year Term)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia, CPBC is currently seeking a full-time Enterprise Change Manager to join its Business Transformation department on a two (2) year term. The ideal candidate is a certified change management practitioner with over five years of cross-sector experience leading organizational change and developing comprehensive change management programs that address both people and culture.

The Enterprise Change Manager will be responsible for building strong working relationships across all levels of the organization; co-creating a multi-year change strategy rooted in shared vision and lived experience; supporting the planning and implementation of initiatives that prepare people and systems for change; facilitating training, knowledge sharing, and respectful communication across CPBC; collaborating with Project Managers and Risk Manager to apply change principles across project lifecycles; reducing resistance and disruption through open communication and active listening; and supporting continuous reflection and improvement by drawing on data, partner insights, and environmental awareness.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 annually based on a 35-hour work week. The starting salary will be determined based on factors such as the successful candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience; salaries of other employees in the same salary range; market conditions and other relevant factors.
