ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in the BC lower mainland, CPBC is seeking to hire a full-time Intake Coordinator to join the Conduct, Inquiry and Remediation department on a two (2) year term. The successful candidate will be responsible for the intake process, which involves receiving, gathering information, and seeking clarification regarding all incoming concerns, inquiries, and any other information that may lead to an investigation or action against a registrant. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be adept at conflict management and problem-solving, and have a solid understanding of pharmacy legislation, the code of ethics, and standards of practice.
The Intake Coordinator should have a solid understanding of trauma-informed practices and a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and cultural safety. Proficiency in interpreting legislation and policy, along with intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills, is required.

Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $82,000 to $87,000 annually based on a 35-hour work week. The starting salary will be determined based on factors such as the successful candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience; salaries of other employees in the same salary range; market conditions and other relevant factors.
