ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in the BC lower mainland, CPBC is seeking to hire an individual with extensive experience with complex business systems, project planning and control to take on the role of Senior Project Manager for a one-year term. As a member of the Business Transformation Department, the successful candidate will have a project management designation and a PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification with over 7 years of relevant work experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). The Senior Project Manager will have a comprehensive knowledge and experience with project management principles, methodologies, and best practices to coach team members on these skills. While experienced with working on multiple project management methodologies, having PgMP or PfMP certification would be preferred.
The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing the planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of concurrent projects, while ensuring that services and operating standards are in alignment with the College’s strategic objectives and the College's policies, procedures, and bylaws. Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $113,000 to $135,000 annually based on a 35-hour work week. The starting salary will be determined based on factors such as the successful candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience; salaries of other employees in the same salary range; market conditions and other relevant factors.
