ABOUT THE ROLE
Based in the BC lower mainland, CPBC is seeking to hire an individual with at least 5 years of relevant business analyst work experience to take on the temporary full-time position of Senior Business Analyst for a 7-month term. The successful candidate has a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting projects across the organization by gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying process improvements, collaborating with partners, and providing data-driven insights.
The Senior Business Analyst shall provide expertise in the areas of business process mapping, requirements gathering, analysis and design, configuration, implementation, testing, facilitation, and documentation to deliver enterprise solutions. As well, this role will be assigned to tasks that are varied and may also lead and/or perform project management duties as assigned.

What We Offer
The salary range for this position is $97,067 to $111,342 annually based on a 35-hour work week. The starting salary will be determined based on factors such as the successful candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience; salaries of other employees in the same salary range; market conditions and other relevant factors.
