Proposed HPOA Bylaws
Between July 17, 2025 and November 19, 2025, CPBC conducted consultations on the College’s proposed bylaws under the Health Professions and Occupations Act (HPOA).
Consultation was done in parts as reflected in the table below. Consultation with Indigenous Governing Bodies, as required under the HPOA, are being conducted separately and in addition to this public consultation process. Comments have been reviewed and considered, and a consolidated package of the proposed HPOA bylaws are in the link below.
