UBC Continuing Professional Development has partnered with UBC's Therapeutics Initiative to host workshops on prescription drug therapy for family physicians, pharmacists and nurse practitioners.
These interactive workshops are designed to provide practical tools to build a collaborative approach to medication reviews that ultimately improve patient health outcomes. Each workshop will be co-facilitated by a physician and a pharmacist. A few weeks later, a teleconference follows the workshop to discuss the application of these newly acquired tools.
