The Inquiry Committee, pursuant to Section 36 of the Health Professions Act, has reached an agreement with Mr. Hisham Nayef Al-Ahmad to suspend his narcotic dispensing privileges for a 30 day period commencing at 0001 Hours on December 5, 2012 and continuing until 2400 Hours on January 3, 2013. During this time Al-Ahmad may practice pharmacy, however he is prohibited from participating in any activity which in any way relates to the dispensing of narcotics to patients. The Inquiry Committee considers the agreement necessary to protect the public.
