On January 11, 2013, a Panel of the Discipline Committee, pursuant to s. 39.1(1) and (2) of the Health Professions Act, found Lakhvir Singh Dhinsa of Surrey, British Columbia, Registration No. 10961 (the "Registrant") guilty of professional misconduct for actions committed in Great Britain, resulting in a cancellation of his license in that jurisdiction. The Panel issued an order, pursuant to section 39(2) of the Health Professions Act, to immediately cancel the Registrant's registration.
