The Inquiry Committee, pursuant to Section 35 of the Health Professions Act and Section 20 of the Pharmacy Operations and Drug Scheduling Act, has suspended Ayman Sayed Omara’s registration as a pharmacist effective immediately pending completion of an investigation. The Inquiry Committee considers this action necessary to protect the public.
