Complaints Process

The College of Pharmacists of British Columbia protects the public by ensuring that registered pharmacy professionals provide safe and effective pharmacy care. If you have concerns about the delivery of pharmacy care, please let the College know. The College investigates all complaints related to a pharmacist’s or pharmacy technician’s professional practice.

    Leave a message with your full name and number, a brief description of the complaint, and preferred contact time.
  3. We will Connect with You to Discuss the Complaint
    A Complaints Resolution Officer will return your call within 4 business days to discuss your complaint.

The College also cannot provide financial compensation or legal advice regarding a complaint.  

Note: Pursuant to section 39.3 of the Health Professions Act, not all complaint outcomes will result in public notification.
