Senior Business Analyst (Full-Time, Permanent)

About the Role

Based in the BC lower mainland, the College is seeking to hire an individual with at least 5 years of relevant business analyst work experience to take on the permanent full-time position of Senior Business Analyst. The successful candidate has a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) designation, or will be pursuing certification within twelve (12) months of hiring. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for supporting projects across the organization by gathering and analyzing requirements, identifying process improvements, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing data-driven insights.

Reporting to the PMO Manager, the Senior Business Analyst shall provide expertise in the areas of business process mapping, requirements gathering, analysis and design, configuration, implementation, testing, facilitation, and documentation, to deliver enterprise solutions. As well, this role will be assigned to tasks that are varied and may also lead, and/or perform project management duties as assigned by the PMO Manager.

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 annually based on a 35-hour work week. The starting salary will be determined based on factors such as the successful candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, experience; salaries of other employees in the same salary range; market conditions and other relevant factors.
