Intake Coordinator (Full, Permanent)

About the Role

The College is seeking to hire an Intake Coordinator to join the Complaints and Investigations department.

Based in Vancouver, the successful candidate is responsible for receiving, analyzing and evaluating complaint intakes received, which include general inquiries, complaints and all information that may lead to an investigation or action taken against a registrant. The individual will have strong written and verbal customer-based communications skills, strong interpersonal skills and be skilled in conflict management. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of pharmacy legislation, code of ethics, and standards of practice with the ability to investigate, document, research, evaluate and problem solve.
