The Knowledge Assessment (KA) is an open-book, multiple choice examination of clinical knowledge. The KA is based on the Framework of Professional Practice and as such focuses on the application of the knowledge and skills needed to solve drug-related problems and provide direct patient care. The KA includes questions that relate to therapeutics, pharmacology and ethical-legal issues.
