Fee Schedule Amendments in Effect November 13, 2018
As recently approved by the Board, the College filed amendments to the Fee Schedules under the HPA Bylaws and PODSA Bylaws, with the Ministry of Health. This filing period ends on November 13, 2018, at which point, the new fee schedules will come into effect.
The fee increases (2.2% increase in annual pharmacy licensure fees, and 3.7% increase in annual registrant fees) stated on the Fee Schedule and related forms were previously approved as part of the College’s 2018/2019 budget.
The new fees will come into effect on November 13, 2018, in accordance with the College’s 2018/2019 budget. At that time, the updated Fee Schedule will be posted on the College website.
2018/2019 Fees

For Registrants
Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians will be charged the updated fee for the registration period of January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2019.
For Pharmacies
Pharmacies will be charged the updated fee for the licensure period of February 1, 2019 to January 31, 2020.
New Pharmacy and Registrant Applications
Any new pharmacy applications or registrant applications received on or after November 13, 2018 will be charged the new fee.
Additionally, any new registrant or pharmacy application received prior to November 13 which is not complete (i.e., those waiting for registrant requirements to be completed, or for the pharmacy in question to be opened) will be subject to the new fee.
