The practice of pharmacy in British Columbia is based on a Framework of Professional Practice (FPP). This framework describes what B.C. pharmacists do in their daily work and how they know they are doing it well. The FPP provides the foundation for all College programs and services. It explains how pharmacists developed the FPP, its purpose, the standards the College uses to assess quality of pharmacy practice, and how pharmacists, pharmacy teams, pharmacy managers and the College use the FPP.

The FPP is a 36 page document.
